Parker Waichman LLP is a national law firm based in Port Washington, on New York’s Long Island. Its founders are two attorneys, Jerrold S. Parker and Herbert L. Waichman, who built successful careers championing the rights of those harmed by the misconduct of others. In doing so, the two have not only helped their clients, but in some cases, even paved the way for some of the most important litigations in modern times. Their landmark AIDS case in 1984, for instance, proved for the first time in U.S. court that AIDS is transmittable via a blood transfusion. Mr. Parker is one of Parker Waichman LLP’s founding partners. Since receiving his bachelor’s degree at Queens College of the City University of New York and his law degree from St John’s University School of Law, he has accumulated over 25 years of experience representing clients in personal injury lawsuits. Mr. Parker has been recognized by both his peers and outside parties for his outstanding work fighting for the rights of victims who were injured or wronged by others. Jordan L. Chaikin - Partner
Mr. Chaikin received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. A partner, he specializes in class action litigation — lawsuits in which a large number of plaintiffs are represented in one case.

Mr. Silverman received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and his law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
